Important Application Details

The Southeastern Livestock Exposition is currently accepting applications to sing the National Anthem at the SLE Rodeo. Vocalists must submit a video of them singing the National Anthem through this webpage to be considered for selection.

Selected vocalists will sing the Star-Spangled Banner (a cappella in a traditional manner) in the arena during the opening ceremony of one SLE Rodeo performance. Please note that a camera will be positioned in front of the vocalist, and livestream footage will be sent to the Cowboy Channel.

Each selected vocalist will receive up to six complimentary SLE Rodeo tickets to the performance in which they sing. Airline/ground transportation and hotel accommodations are not provided by the SLE.

The deadline to apply for this year's SLE Rodeo is January 31.
Winners will be notified no later than February 15.

Would you like to sing the National Anthem at the SLE Rodeo? Complete this form and submit a link to a recent video of you performing the National Anthem a cappella at a rodeo, public/civic event, or other athletic event. The video should be a YouTube link, Vimeo link, or other online/public video sharing platform that can be accessed without a password or login (Facebook, Twitter, or other social media video submissions are not accepted).
