SLE Rodeo Vendor Registration - STANDARD - ProRodeo Weekend

This registration form is for indoor vendors at the SLE PRCA Rodeo March 20-22, 2026 at the Garrett Coliseum in Montgomery, AL.

These vendor spaces will be located on the second floor concourse inside the Garrett Coliseum.

To enhance the overall SLE Rodeo fan experience, we are introducing free pre-rodeo activity zones located in additional buildings across the Garrett Coliseum grounds. These areas include the Kids Corral, Fan Zone Tailgate, and Agriculture Education Barn. Each activity zone will be open for a three-hour period, closing at the start of each ProRodeo performance.

This year, SLE Rodeo vendors have the opportunity to be a part of this new experience! Vendors interested in setting up a booth in the Agriculture Education Barn (an enclosed facility with concrete flooring) should select “Yes” in the corresponding section of this registration form. Pricing for this space is the same as that of a standard indoor vendor (located on the second-floor concourse of the Garrett Coliseum). Standard indoor vendor booths will operate from the time the Garrett Coliseum gates open through the conclusion of each ProRodeo performance.

Friday - Performance 1

  • Ag Education Barn Hours: 4:00pm – 7:00pm
  • Indoor Garrett Coliseum Hours: 5:00pm – 9:00pm
  • NOTE: SLE Rodeo begins at 7:00pm

Saturday - Performance 2

  • Ag Education Barn Hours: 10:00am – 1:00pm
  • Indoor Garrett Coliseum Hours: 11:30am – 3:00pm
  • NOTE: SLE Rodeo begins at 1:00pm

Saturday - Performance 3

  • Ag Education Barn Hours: 4:00pm – 7:00pm
  • Indoor Garrett Coliseum Hours: 5:00pm – 9:00pm
  • NOTE: SLE Rodeo begins at 7:00pm

Sunday - Performance 4

  • Ag Education Barn Hours: 11:00am – 2:00pm
  • Indoor Garrett Coliseum Hours: 12:30pm – 4:00pm
  • NOTE: SLE Rodeo begins at 2:00pm


IMPORTANT NOTE FROM SLE RODEO MANAGEMENT:
SLE Rodeo & Livestock Week vendor registration must be completed through this online form and payment must be submitted at the time of registration to secure your space at the event.
Payments are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. SLE is not liable for any loss or damages to the property of the exhibitor or its employees that may arise during your time at the SLE Rodeo & Livestock Week events.

Please note: Cash and checks are not accepted. Credit card payment is required.

Registrations are not complete and space is not secured until payment is received.

Please note that if you purchase a booth inside the Garrett Coliseum for both weekends, it is likely you will need to plan to move your booth to a new location for the second weekend. We do this to give the first weekend vendors more visibility/traffic during the SLE Youth Rodeo Showdown. If this applies to you, SLE Rodeo staff will provide you with specific information closer to March.
